Terms of service
Last Updated: July 10, 2026
Welcome to Grip Mat Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and any purchases made through www.gripmatstudio.com (the “Site”).
Throughout these Terms, “Grip Mat Studio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Grip Mat Studio. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, purchaser, or other user of the Site.
By visiting our Site, placing an order, submitting a custom inquiry, approving artwork, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and any other policies or terms referenced on the Site.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or purchasing from us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or our services.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site.
You may not use our products, services, or Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights in connection with your use of the Site.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or any other material intended to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
2. Products and Services
Grip Mat Studio offers Pilates reformer grip mats, yoga and Pilates mats, studio accessories, custom products, personalized products, branded merchandise, wholesale products, bulk orders, and other related goods and services.
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, photography, and display settings. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.
Because some of our products involve printing, cutting, production, and handmade or small-batch manufacturing processes, minor variations may occur. These may include slight differences in color, placement, dimensions, texture, edge finish, printing, or alignment.
Reasonable manufacturing variations that do not materially affect the function or overall design of the product are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, specifications, measurements, materials, designs, prices, and availability may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
3. Product Fit and Compatibility
Our reformer grip mats are designed to fit many standard Pilates reformer carriages. However, reformer machines vary by brand, model, configuration, and dimensions.
Measurements are provided on our product pages to help you determine whether a product is suitable for your equipment. You are responsible for reviewing product measurements and comparing them with your reformer before purchasing.
Unless a product is specifically identified as being designed for a particular brand or model, we do not guarantee compatibility with every reformer.
If you are unsure whether a mat will fit your equipment, please contact us before placing your order.
Purchasing a product without confirming compatibility does not make the product defective or eligible for an exception to our published Returns & Exchanges Policy.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
-
Product unavailability
-
Pricing or product information errors
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
-
Payment issues
-
Shipping restrictions
-
Errors in inventory
-
Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors without prior authorization
-
Violations of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled item or order, as applicable.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information for all purchases.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submitting your order.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
Taxes, duties, shipping charges, and other applicable fees may be added at checkout where required.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description, promotional, or other errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a material pricing error affects your order, we may contact you to offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a refund.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.
For custom, wholesale, bulk, studio, event, or branded orders, separate payment schedules, deposits, invoices, or written terms may apply.
6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, offers, discount codes, and free-shipping offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotions cannot be combined
-
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
-
Discount codes have no cash value
-
Promotions may be modified or ended at any time
-
Exclusions may apply to custom, wholesale, bulk, sample, or final-sale orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders involving unauthorized, fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise misused promotions or discount codes.
7. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer and are subject to additional terms.
Custom products may include, but are not limited to:

Once artwork has been approved or production has begun, a custom order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
8. Custom Artwork and Design Services
Some custom projects may require artwork preparation, design services, logo adjustments, mockups, layout work, or other creative services.
Any design fee or artwork deposit will be disclosed before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, design and artwork fees are non-refundable once design work has started, regardless of whether the customer ultimately proceeds with production.
The number of revisions included in a design fee, if applicable, may be limited and will be communicated during the custom-order process.
Additional revisions, significant changes in direction, new concepts, or work outside the original project scope may require additional fees.
Submitting a custom inquiry does not guarantee that Grip Mat Studio will accept or produce the proposed project.
We reserve the right to decline custom projects at our discretion.
9. Customer-Submitted Logos, Artwork, and Intellectual Property
When you submit a logo, name, photograph, artwork, design, trademark, text, image, or other material for use in a custom product, you represent and warrant that:
-
You own the material; or
-
You have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use and reproduce the material for the requested purpose.
You are responsible for obtaining permission from any third party whose intellectual property is included in your custom order.
You may not submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, hateful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
By submitting content to us for a custom project, you grant Grip Mat Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, resize, adjust, format, and otherwise process the submitted material solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested design, production, and fulfillment services.
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from materials you submitted without the necessary ownership, authorization, or permission.
Grip Mat Studio reserves the right to refuse any submitted artwork or custom project.
10. Artwork Proofs and Customer Approval
When a digital proof, mockup, or artwork approval is provided, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approving the design.

Your approval confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the design as shown.
Grip Mat Studio is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof, including spelling errors, incorrect names, incorrect text, logo issues, or other details that the customer had an opportunity to review before production.
Changes requested after approval are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges, production delays, or the need to restart production.
11. Color and Production Variations for Custom Products
Digital proofs and on-screen mockups are intended to provide a visual representation of the proposed design.
Colors displayed on a screen may differ from colors on the finished physical product due to differences in:
-
Screen settings
-
Device displays
-

-

-

-
Production methods
Unless a specific color-matching process has been expressly agreed to in writing, exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Slight differences between samples, proofs, photographs, previously manufactured items, and final production may occur.
Minor variations in printing, color, placement, dimensions, texture, cutting, and finishing that fall within reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.

Once artwork is approved or production begins, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
13. Production and Fulfillment Timelines
Processing, production, and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by factors outside our control.
