Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Orders that qualify for a free shipping promotion will automatically receive the offer at checkout when all requirements are met.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout whenever available.
Please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow a little time for the carrier to update the tracking status after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Custom, Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Production and delivery timelines for custom, branded, wholesale, and bulk orders may vary depending on the order size, artwork, and customization requirements.
Estimated timelines will be discussed during the ordering process.
Custom production timelines begin after all required details and artwork have been approved.
