We accept returns on eligible ready-made products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • In its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To request a return, please email within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom logo mats
  • Custom logo reformer covers
  • Personalized products
  • Custom artwork orders
  • Wholesale orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Event, retreat, studio, or branded orders
  • Sample kits
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used, washed, worn, or altered products
  • Opened or worn grip socks for hygiene reasons

Custom, wholesale, and branded products are made specifically for each customer. Once artwork has been approved or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges on eligible ready-made products if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

If you ordered the wrong product or would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at .

Exchange availability is subject to inventory.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Custom, personalized, wholesale, bulk, branded, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once artwork has been approved or production has started.
