We accept returns on eligible ready-made products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Custom logo mats and reformer covers
Personalized products and custom artwork orders
Wholesale and bulk orders
Event, retreat, studio, and branded orders
Sample kits
Final sale items
Gift cards
Used, washed, worn, or altered products
Opened or worn grip socks for hygiene reasons

Custom, wholesale, personalized, and branded orders are made specifically for each customer. Once artwork is approved, materials are ordered, or production begins, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges on eligible ready-made products if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you ordered the wrong product or size. Exchanges are subject to availability, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Grip Mat Studio is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be denied.

Order Cancellations

Ready-made product orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Custom, wholesale, branded, event, retreat, and personalized orders cannot be canceled once artwork has been approved, materials have been ordered, or production has started.
